| The Resident Assistant (RA) works in Regent Commons under the direct supervision of a Resident Director (RD) and indirectly under the supervision of the director of residence life. The role of the RA is to work with other residence hall staff to facilitate an environment within the residence hall community that promotes the educational experience of residential living. The RA articulates to the residents the philosophy and policies of Residence Life and the University and, in turn, represents the needs of the students to the administration. |

The coach works with RUDA student leaders to help prepare students for competition and determine team pairings. If necessary, the coach organizes an intramural competition to determine which teams will compete in regional American Moot Court Association (AMCA) competition. |
