Help create the digital backbone of a new way to design and deliver housing at scale. Built Living is looking for a BIM / Library Manager to own the libraries, standards and workflows that connect design, configuration, manufacturing and project delivery. 

The Opportunity 

As BIM / Library Manager, you will be the custodian of the Built Living Library, Kit of Parts and BIM standards across our projects. You will bring consistency to content, templates and information requirements, while working closely with consultants and project teams to embed reliable, scalable digital workflows. 

In this role, you will: 

• Own and maintain the Built Living Library and Kit of Parts 

• Govern content creation, classification, naming conventions, standards and version control 

• Lead BIM implementation, model setup and information requirements across Built Living projects 

• Coordinate consultants and project teams to ensure consistent adoption of Built Living BIM standards 

• Provide model governance, quality assurance and digital coordination to support project delivery 

• Align library content with configurator, manufacturing and project delivery requirements 

• Monitor library quality, consistency and ongoing product evolution 

• Work with the Senior Computational Designer to ensure configurator inputs draw on governed content 

What we are looking for 

You will bring strong BIM management and Revit content experience, together with the practical judgement to establish standards and bring multiple teams with you. 

• Strong BIM management and Revit library or content management experience 

• Proven experience governing BIM standards, templates, naming conventions and version control 

• Ability to manage content governance and consistent project setup across multiple teams 

• Experience coordinating consultants and project teams to embed BIM standards 

• Good understanding of how library content supports documentation, modelling, coordination and manufacturing 

• Exposure to DfMA, modular, precast or product-based delivery would be highly regarded 

• Awareness of Rhino.Inside.Revit, Grasshopper or computational workflows would be an advantage
