Senior Assistant Director of Admission On Campus
The Senior Assistant Director of Admission will provide leadership for Colorado College’s Pre-College Program, overseeing the full student lifecycle from marketing and recruitment through admission, enrollment, and post-program assessment. This role plays a key part in advancing the College’s mission by recruiting and enrolling diverse, academically talented students who reflect the institution’s priorities and values. The Senior Assistant Director will collaborate with campus partners to ensure a seamless experience for students—from initial inquiry through program completion—and will offer support to individuals participating in college access initiatives.
OC Arena Specialist On Campus
The Occasional Arena Specialist plays a key role in the daily operations of Ed Robson Arena, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons through exceptional customer service, ticket scanning, and point-of-sale transactions. This position also supports facility upkeep, rentals, and event assistance to maintain a welcoming and well-functioning environment.
Executive Assistant On Campus
Provides executive-level administrative support to the Vice President for Enrollment; serves as a liaison between the Vice President and other administrative offices, campus administrators, college community, and key feeder schools; makes sound and independent judgments concerning the Vice President’s calendar (appointments, events, and activities); and helps maintain the operating efficiency and integrity of the Vice President’s Office. Manages a complex meeting and travel schedule, and exercises budget management oversight

At the Senior Major Gifts Officer level, the role operates with a higher degree of autonomy and strategic leadership, leading the cultivation and solicitation of complex, high-impact philanthropic investments. This level is expected to manage more sophisticated donor relationships, develop advanced giving strategies, and contribute to the overall direction of major gifts fundraising efforts.
