| Provides leadership for Student Financial Services (SFS) counseling, financial aid administration, and front-line service operations. Supervises and develops SFS Counselors and the SFS Coordinator(s), establishes workload and service expectations, and ensures timely, accurate, and compliant delivery of financial aid and student support. Maintains a limited caseload of high-priority or complex students and serves as a senior resource for financial aid eligibility, professional judgment, and escalated student concerns. Working collaboratively across Student Financial Services, the incumbent provides oversight of key financial aid processes, supports staff training and quality control, identifies opportunities to improve service and processing, and partners with SFS leadership to implement institutional policy and regulatory requirements. |

| The Senior Accountant, Investments & Endowment Administration supports the College's financial stewardship through accurate accounting, administration, reconciliation, analysis, and reporting of investments, endowments, trusts, debt, and related financial activities. This role serves as a key resource for the administration and accounting of the College’s investment portfolio and endowment assets in excess of $1 billion, including approximately 900 donor restricted and endowed funds, trust and gift accounting, debt compliance, audit support, and financial reporting while supporting strong internal controls and effective financial stewardship. Responsibilities within these functional areas may be assigned, redistributed, or shared among team members based on business needs, workload, staffing levels, institutional priorities, and individual expertise. |

| The Museum at the Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center at Colorado College (FAC) operates at the intersection of Colorado College’s (CC’s) academic mission and public engagement. The Director & Chief Curator (the Director) provides administrative and curatorial leadership for the museum at the FAC, one of the region's most significant multidisciplinary arts institutions. The Director leads museum operations, staffing, and budget, and sets the museum's curatorial vision. The exhibition program, spanning collections-based and loan-based projects, draws on the intellectual assets of the Colorado College campus community and the cultural legacy of the Southwest within a broader focus on the art of the Americas, while welcoming work from outside the Americas when it resonates with and enriches the museum's curatorial vision. The Director holds ultimate responsibility for the museum’s collections stewardship and NAGPRA compliance on behalf of Colorado College.
As a member of the FAC's senior leadership team, the Museum Director & Chief Curator collectively shapes strategic direction for the Fine Arts Center as a whole. The role requires deep engagement with Colorado College as an academic institution, including the capacity to teach, as well as a highly visible presence in the broader Colorado Springs community. The Museum Director & Chief Curator helps build the philanthropic, academic, and civic relationships that sustain the museum’s growth. |
