Your Role – What You’ll Be Doing

As a Community RN, you’ll be the friendly, skilled face our clients look forward to seeing. Your work helps them stay safe, well, and independent at home.

  • Deliver clinical care across SAH, CHSP and other programs
  • Provide in-home nursing including chronic disease management, medication support, wound care, catheter and stoma care
  • Work closely with Allied Health to deliver holistic, goal-driven care
  • Support clients through Telehealth and face-to-face visits
  • Facilitate group programs, including our award-winning Wellness for Independence®

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Current AHPRA registration (Division 1 RN)
  • At least 1 year of experience in community, aged care, or acute settings
  • WWCC, Police Check, CPR and Driver’s Licence
  • Confidence working autonomously with strong time management
  • Comfortable using digital devices and client management systems
  • Advanced clinical skills (palliative care, chronic disease, wound & medication management)
