Senior Travel Coordinator
Centurion is looking for an experienced Senior Travel Coordinator to work Permanent Part Time (9am to 3pm) in our Perth Airport depot.
This position is responsible for organizing and coordinating all aspects of corporate travel arrangements including negotiating agreements with travel providers across air, hotels and car rental. Your role will ensure all travel arrangements are made efficiently, cost-effectively, and in accordance with company policies and procedures. You will work closely with employees, travel agencies, and vendors to ensure a smooth travel experience for staff.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven work experience as a Travel Coordinator, Travel Agent, or a similar role in corporate travel management.
- Extensive knowledge of travel booking systems, online travel portals, and travel management tools.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Familiarity with budgeting and expense management processes.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing travel arrangements and schedules.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.

What you’ll be doing?
- Act as the central point of contact for all national travel requests, ensuring all bookings are coordinated through a single, streamlined process.
- Manage the relationship with FCM Travel Solutions, including booking coordination, issue escalation, and service performance.
- Coordinate and book all travel (flights, accommodation, ground transport) via FCM in line with company policy and traveller needs.
- Manage travel supplier on a day-to-day basis including negotiating agreements with travel providers across air, hotels and car rental.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve a standardised national travel framework, including booking processes, approval workflows, and service expectations.
- Review and filter all travel requests to ensure alignment with business priorities, budgets, and approval requirements prior to booking.
- Ensure all travel is compliant with corporate travel policy, including cost control, preferred suppliers, and class of travel.
- Manage complex travel requirements, including multi-leg itineraries, regional travel, and operational travel needs.
- Provide proactive support to travellers, including itinerary changes, disruptions, and emergency travel assistance.
- Monitor travel spend and identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiencies, and improved utilisation of preferred suppliers.
- Produce regular reporting on travel spend, trends, and compliance to support business visibility and decision-making.
- Maintain accurate traveller profiles within FCM, including preferences, loyalty programs, and required documentation.
- Coordinate with Finance on invoice reconciliation, cost allocation, and reporting accuracy.
