Assistant Director of Annual Giving

| Reporting to the Associate Director of Annual Giving, the Assistant Director of Annual Giving is responsible for developing and managing direct response campaigns for MPAR priorities, including but not limited to clinical areas, School of Medicine alumni, School of Public Health alumni and centers of excellence. This role will lead and manage content and segmentation strategy for appeals and collaborate closely with colleagues across MPAR service areas and internal and external stakeholders to drive donor acquisition, retention and upgrades through coordinated, data-informed outreach. |

Access Specialist

| The Access Specialist will assist the Office of Student Accessibility and Educational Opportunity to provide accommodation and coaching supports for students with disabilities to ensure equal access and promote success at Virginia Commonwealth University. The Access Specialist works with individual students to determine eligibility for reasonable accommodations and provides appropriate follow-up and disability-related supports. They serve as the campus resource specialist in the development of accommodations and academic adjustments for this population, providing ongoing consultation and problem-solving assistance to faculty and staff. |

| The Experiential Learning Access Specialist provides advanced case management and specialized accommodation coordination for students with disabilities in complex academic and applied learning environments. This includes graduate students as well as students engaged in internships, clinical placements, fieldwork, study abroad, and performance- or studio-based disciplines where accommodation implementation requires individualized interpretation across variable settings. |
