| GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Activities Coordinator is charged with planning, marketing, implementing and evaluating leadership development, social, cultural, and civic-oriented activities for students of OSUIT. The position is also responsible for the coordination of a variety of special events for students and the campus community. The work is performed in collaboration with the Student Life team and others from throughout the campus and in conjunction with the local community. This position is a critical position for campus student orientation and retention efforts that provide needed support for students living on and off campus. An understanding of the institution and the ability to think and work innovatively to continually improve and create new programs of benefit for students and the campus is also critical to the success of this position. |
