As part of the Office of Undergraduate Admissions and Recruitment, our creative and collaborative communications team is responsible for strategic communication, marketing and outreach efforts to prospective students, their families and other internal and external audiences. This includes creating engaging content and executing strategic communication strategies for email, print, social media, web, video, events and more. Primary objectives include project management, editing, writing and ensuring quality control from start to finish. This role requires extensive attention to detail and interpersonal skills needed to collaborate with partners across campus and within the Division of Enrollment Management. As a supervisory role, this position will manage and coach a team of communications specialists who are responsible for creating dynamic, engaging prospective student content. This includes oversight of ongoing training and professional development. This role will contribute to strategic planning, including analyzing CRM data and staying up-to-date on communications best practices for prospective students; ensure copy and design align with Brand Management standards; lead event marketing efforts in collaboration with event and data team members; plan and execute social media campaigns; provide leadership in carrying out other special initiatives and other duties as assigned by the leadership team.
