Maintains job descriptions, job postings, new hire paperwork, payroll forms, and employee action forms. Maintain thorough knowledge of OSU policies and procedures and maintain all office records. Assists with an array of departmental reports and publications. Responsible for department financial activities, reconciliation reports, accounts receivable/payable, requisitions, contracts, and revenue/expenditure transactions using OK Corral, P-Card, and additional forms.

Provides instructional and program design expertise for the development and support of academic courses and projects in a distributed learning format. Will assist faculty, staff, and administrators in the design of instructional materials, development of learning resources, and retooling of courses and course segments to alternative delivery methods including distance learning strategies. Provide coordination, professional development, and support for a variety of tools/technologies needed for the development of in-house, blended, and online instructional activities. This position plays a pivotal role in consulting with faculty regarding the use of technologies and best practices in instruction.
