| This regular continuous position within the College of Arts and Sciences provides administrative support and business continuity to various academic and service departments experiencing. This support may be ongoing or temporary due to a vacancy or a leave of absence within their administrative support staff. While reporting to the office of Business Operations, the specialist will perform Oklahoma State University (OSU) specific administrative functions not typically possible with a temp agency hire. The individual may assist the CAS training coordinator with training of staff in the areas of new employee onboarding, payroll, fiscal/budget responsibilities, maintenance operation, student services, scholarship, and OSU Foundation. Additional responsibilities as assigned include the maintenance of the college’s procedure manual to be used by the administrative staff. |

| The Construction Project Manager (PM) manages the assigned projects with planning, design, construction, engineering, and management expertise as required. The PM is the primary contact between OSU and the client(s), subcontractor(s), AE, and other stakeholders. The PM is responsible for the professional and equitable application and enforcement of the unit’s policy and procedures. As workloads dictate, the PM may be assigned to manage planning and construction units to provide similar services. |

| The Student Union Maintenance Department operates 24/7. As needed, staff may work 8–12 hour shifts, including weekends and holidays. Perform and maintain a preventive maintenance program for the mechanical systems of the Student Union (SU) and its other buildings and entities. Complete assigned work orders and perform maintenance and repairs to water distribution and chilled water circulation systems. Ensure preventive maintenance is conducted on all HVAC, refrigeration, and water systems. Inform the Supervisor of needs related to maintaining appropriate supplies and equipment. Ensure all mechanical systems and equipment are in good, safe working condition. Perform maintenance and repair work, including some painting, for the Student Union (SU) and its other buildings and entities. |
