The PM is the primary contact between OSU and the client(s), subcontractor(s), AE, and other stakeholders. The PM is responsible for the professional and equitable application and enforcement of the unit’s policy and procedures. As workloads dictate, the PM may be assigned to manage planning and construction units to provide similar services.
