Demonstrate punctuality and dependability in work arrival and departure times. Effectively manage time in order to see effective follow-through on events and leaving time to generate new bookings. Administer to outside vendors the requirements and procedures for kitchen policy, off campus vendor, and food handling requirements. Other duties as assigned.
