This position leads multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, develops and optimizes prospective student communication strategies, manages social media and website content, and utilizes marketing analytics to evaluate and improve campaign performance. Working collaboratively with academic programs, university partners, and departmental leadership, the coordinator ensures accurate, timely, and compelling communications that promote undergraduate and graduate online degrees, certificates, courses, and outreach initiatives. Responsibilities also include market research, budget and vendor coordination, CRM communication management, supervision of student marketing staff, and support for departmental event registration and web content. |
