| The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the overall coordination and daily operations of the University Store's warehouse to include managing the receipt of approximately $10 million in inbound merchandise annually, ensuring accurate check-in procedures and working with the various store departments regarding merchandise distribution. This position will be tasked with ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations with a strong emphasis on accuracy, safety and communication. Key responsibilities will include overseeing the receiving processes; maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment; and supervising both full-time and part-time warehouse staff. Extended hours may be required during peak times of the year including start of each semester and athletic gamedays. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with extended periods of physical activity is required. |

| Food Service Aide provides customer service, in the service of food to the student clientele and guests. This may be a food production position as well as customer service. The primary responsibility is to provide quality food service to our customers. This position is responsible for procuring sales in cash operations (with understanding of Micros). Practice good sanitation skills in food handling and work area maintenance and good personal hygiene. Work in other areas as necessary for completion of service based on unit goals and priorities. All other duties as assigned. This is a full-time position that may not have scheduled hours during the month of mid-May to mid-August, unless work is available. | The Catering Assistant supports all essential functions relative to events produced by Celebrations Catering Services. The Catering Assistant helps with receiving, storing, preparing, cooking hot and/or cold menu items, holding, room set-up, plating, serving, cleaning and the quality of all foods served. Assists in menu engineering, cost control and procurement procedures. Responsible to maintain a clean and sanitized work environment by following all food safety polices and health codes. Must correctly utilize all kitchen equipment, perform maintenance and safely operate all such equipment. Supports and practices the highest possible customer satisfaction levels relative to external and internal customers. Cross-trained and help in other areas within Dining Services as needed. This position requires the ability to work long hours with a varied schedule, must be able to work nights & weekends depending upon scheduled events. | GENERAL SUMMARY:
This position will facilitate learning for a custom an ACR program at a public high school located in Tulsa, OK. Courses are based on ACR technology, including licensing requirements, safety, and tools. Commercial and residential a/c and heating systems, and commercial refrigeration. As well as, basic electrical properties, theories of operation of electrical components common to ACR systems and wiring and troubleshooting of basic circuits. Courses will begin August 2025. |
