Assists virtual physicians and Advanced Practice Providers in the delivery of patient care as directed following established methods, procedures and standards. Under minimum supervision, utilizes a systematic approach to patient care incorporating the following: assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. May occasionally be requested to float to other Virtual Care clinics to assist in covering patient load. This position does require travel to clinic sites in SE Oklahoma and other locations as requested. |

| This position offers an exciting opportunity to join an integrated and innovative research program that employs team-based research models involving clinicians, research methodologists, residents, and students. This postdoctoral position will be responsible for working with and supporting medical student research and/or residency programs within the OSU system. Postdocs will gain significant experience with publishing in peer reviewed medical, public health, and epidemiology journals and writing federal grant applications. Postdocs will be responsible for delivering didactic lectures related to research conduct, research dissemination, the responsible conduct of research, and other topics as needed. Postdocs will also collect and report research metrics of medical students and residents across programs for the Commission on Osteopathic College Accreditation and Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education. The successful candidate will receive training in manuscript preparation, grant writing, and other aspects of professional development. |
