| The ECHO Coordinator supports Project ECHO by coordinating program operations while leading outreach and social media efforts that expand participation and awareness of ECHO programs. ECHO Coordinators support the planning, delivery, and follow-up of ECHO sessions, including participant communications, Zoom support, coordination with hub teams and subject matter experts, scheduling presentations, and disseminating program materials. The ECHO Coordinator works closely with ECHO teams to ensure required documentation is completed in accordance with CME standards.
The ECHO Coordinator supports grant deliverables through data tracking, reporting, and assisting with the launch of new ECHO programs. This position also serves as an administrative liaison for the Director and Assistant Director of Project ECHO.

Duties include creating, writing, scheduling, and managing social media content; monitoring outreach and social media performance, and adjusting strategies based on analytics. The ECHO Coordinator collaborates with internal teams to design digital outreach materials, supports recruitment and engagement campaigns, and gathers photos, videos, testimonials, and stories from programs and partners to support outreach, impact reporting, and grant deliverables.
