The Project Director is a full-time (1.0 FTE) role responsible for the strategic direction, execution, and oversight of a four-year, multi-campus civil discourse initiative spanning five Oklahoma State University campuses (OSU–Stillwater, OSU–Tulsa, OSU–CHS, OSU–OKC, and OSU-IT). The Project Director works closely with the Principal Investigator and project team to serve as the central directing authority of the program. The Project Director provides high-level project leadership, ensures institutional alignment across diverse campus environments, and oversees all programmatic, operational, and compliance functions. This position is the primary driver of project outcomes, stakeholder engagement, and grant execution. The Project Director maintains documentation and reporting requirements per federal sponsor guidelines. Duration: 4 years (48 months) Start Date: Month 1 of the grant period
Peer Mentor Upward Bound Oklahoma City
The Peer Mentor position will provide supervision to the Upward Bound participants during the Summer Instructional Component.  Main duties will include the encouragement of participants, assist where needed inside the classroom or office, and serve as positive mentor to the students.

This position will serve as a Senior Agriculturalist in the Department of Horticulture and Landscape Architecture (HLA). The candidate will assist with day-to-day management of the vegetable production research plots and land, small fruit tree and shrub research areas, high tunnel research area, and viticulture research and demonstration areas, located at the Cimarron Valley Research Station in Perkins, OK, The Botanic Garden at OSU, the Greenhouse Learning Center, and the Vegetable Research areas of the OSU vegetable student farm. The position will manage the daily operations of the Oklahoma State Department of Education (OSDE) contract. The Program Manager will provide information and assistance to individuals via phone/email, will participate in public awareness events and conduct educational events/trainings on behalf of ABLE Tech. The Manager provides leadership in instructional design, supports faculty across all disciplines, oversees all evaluation activities involving 900 students across five survey timepoints, and collaborates with stakeholders to embed project outcomes into academic and co-curricular structures for institutionalization beyond the grant period.
