| R&D Engineer OAIRE I
Assists in design, development, implementation, and analysis of technical products and systems.
Assists in the preparation of plans, designs, computation methods, and reports.
Prepares statements of work, gantt charts, and progress reports for projects.
Attends weekly project meetings.
Develops technical reports, drawings, & other engineering documentation.
Participates in various test activities to substantiate for customers and regulatory agencies that requirements are satisfied.
Works in a collaborative team environment with the opportunity for frequent interaction with team members and mentors.
Develops analytical processes/tools to improve effectiveness, quality, and efficiency of the development effort.
Investigates emerging technologies to develop future product designs to meet projected requirements.
Prepares technical presentations and briefs them to customers, partners, and technical leadership teams.
Reports to a supervisor/manager.
Assists with or leads projects or portions of projects.
Is accountable for assigned deliverables and completing designs and testing within given parameters.
Is occasionally directed in several aspects of work.
May travel for technology testing, presentation, or outreach events.
Participate in professional or personal development efforts.
Ensure quality, safety, timeliness, and communication of deliverables and objectives.
Provide professional engineering input and oversight.
Performs simple and routine engineering design tasks with standard techniques.
Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed.

Responsible for all duties of the previous level in addition to:
Oversees design, development, implementation, and analysis of technical products and systems.
Oversees the preparation of plans, designs, computation methods, and reports.
Develops technical reports, drawings, and other engineering documentation.
Performs multiple and routine engineering‐related tasks within the organization.
Has broad knowledge of engineering procedures and assists in the resolution of complex problems.
Works on projects/matters generally independent and collaborative in nature.
May guide and train less experienced engineers. |

| The Career Closet Coordinator plays a key role in supporting student career readiness by coordinating all aspects of OSU’s Career Closet—a resource that provides free professional attire to students for interviews, career fairs, internships, and other career-related events. This individual is responsible for managing the donation, inventory, and client service operations of the Career Closet program. Additionally, this individual will cultivate and manage relationships with donors, OSU Foundation representatives, alumni, local businesses, and community partners to secure high-quality clothing donations and sponsorships. The coordinator will schedule client appointments, assist with selecting appropriate attire for interviews and professional settings, and provide fitting room support. The coordinator additionally will serve as a Career Coach, offering career readiness support to all students who utilize the Career Closet services. This position ensures the Career Closet operates efficiently, aligns with university values and sustainability, and contributes to the overall mission of OSU Career Services. |

| The successful candidate will analyze qualifications of applicant records utilizing established university admissions standards, guidelines and criteria. This position is responsible for the timely determination of admission and residency by analyzing all information available from multiple resources, including OSU’s Banner student database, Slate CRM, scanned student records and automated reports. Enter data efficiently and accurately from applications, test scores, transcripts, and other admissions documentation. Responsible for comprehensive transcript evaluation, creating and maintaining online transfer credit guides, determining institutional accreditation and student residency. Create, maintain and analyze applicant/admit reports for admissions tracking purposes, executive information and decision-making. Must correspond with internal and external members of the university community seeking information on admission and transfer credit matters. Evening activities and weekend work is required periodically to meet deadlines for admissions operations and to meet department demands including on-campus outreach, conversion, and yield activities. |
