| The position will manage the daily operations of the Oklahoma State Department of Education (OSDE) contract. The Program Manager will provide information and assistance to individuals via phone/email, will participate in public awareness events and conduct educational events/trainings on behalf of ABLE Tech. Will closely collaborate with all stakeholders including the OSDE, National AEM Center, Oklahoma Directors of Special Education, local education agencies, parent and advocacy groups, etc. to successfully complete all contractual activities/deliverables required by the contract. Will collect program data related to Individuals with Disabilities Educational Act (IDEA) Part C (infants and toddlers with disabilities), IDEA Part B (school-aged students), and ensure data collection is accurate and reflective of daily activities, program(s) policy and practices, as well as program(s) website. Will provide support in multiple assistive technology categories and stay abreast of AT trends and devices, including participating in and representing ABLE Tech in national State Leaders of Assistive Technology in Education (SLATE) activities to ensure the program is of relevance and value. Will manage accessible educational materials (AEM) initiatives, which will include regularly updating and maintaining materials related thereto. Will participate in and coordinate state-wide efforts to enhance transition activities for individuals with disabilities at the secondary and post-secondary levels. |

The Facilitator Training & Evaluation Manager is a full-time (1.0 FTE) position serving as both the pedagogical architect and the lead evaluator manager for a multi-campus civil discourse initiative across five Oklahoma State University campuses. This role integrates curriculum design, faculty development, institutional capacity-building, and working with the external evaluator to support with rigorous mixed-methods evaluation strategy to ensure high-quality implementation, meaningful learning outcomes, and long-term sustainability of the testimony-centered Speaker–Listener–Witness framework.
The Manager provides leadership in instructional design, supports faculty across all disciplines, oversees all evaluation activities involving 900 students across five survey timepoints, and collaborates with stakeholders to embed project outcomes into academic and co-curricular structures for institutionalization beyond the grant period. |
