| The STEM Lab Coordinator works with the SSOC staff and faculty members of OSU-OKC to facilitate and support the development and retention of OSU-Oklahoma City students. The Coordinator provides academic support services and workshops and works with students individually and in small groups to develop and implement tools to help those students improve their science, math, and analytical skills. |

| Performs a variety of office management and clerical duties, including data collection and record keeping, and updates and maintains Talent Search online media sites. Courteously greets walk-in office guests and works with participants as needed. Encourages participants to continue in and graduate from secondary education and enroll in post-secondary education or reenter programs of education. |
