Resident Advisor – Headington Hall (FALL 2026) Norman
Resident Advisors are responsible for assisting the Headington Hall Administration in developing, coordinating, and maintaining a positive intellectual, emotional, and social living environment for students. Student Staff members are selected based on sensitivity to and interest in people, objectivity, and respect for the worth and dignity of the individual, open mindedness on issues that may arise, degree of empathy, the ability to handle autonomy and make decisions; sensitivity to privileged information; and his/her success within the academic community. Resident Advisers are role models. The main responsibility of a Resident Advisor is to provide support, encouragement, and leadership to his/her community.
Assistant to Chair Oklahoma City
This position will provide the critical connecting role between Academic Affairs and Faculty Affairs in working with the Department Chairs in managing the two faculty-related software platforms essential for documenting and managing faculty workload (TAMS) and assignment of faculty as primary and secondary instructors in Peoplesoft. The accuracy of this process is critical for budgeting, managing workload and driving the accurate management of our Learning management system in regards to faculty assignments and subsequent development of courses.
Student Aquatics Cashier (Summer) Norman
Providing customer service to the members of the Murray Case Sells Swim Complex. Serves as the first point of contact, responsible for greeting patrons, processing admission fees via POS systems, managing cash drawers, and answering inquiries about facility hours, rates, and programs. This role ensures a welcoming environment, keeps the front desk area clean, and completes other duties as assigned. Assisting with emergency procedures, which may include clearing the front desk area, following emergency action plans, and reporting incidents.
Student Employee Lifeguard (Summer) Norman
Provides lifeguarding, life safety support, and customer service. Maintains concentrated observation of swimmers in duty area in order to anticipate problems. Enforces all policies and regulations and participates in regular in-service trainings.
Student Food Services Employee (Fall 2026) Norman
Prepares food (including meat, pork, poultry, fish, etc) following recipes and individual portion control. Utilizes kitchen utensils, appliances, and equipment in food preparation (ovens, knives, peelers, dicers, slicers, mixers, industrial dish machines, recycling, stoves, etc.). Serves food in a courteous and respectful manner, with proper portion control and knowledge of menu items. Load, carry, and transport hot or cold food items or containers to customers, serving lines, or dining tables - safely, efficiently and timely. Washes, sanitizes, and stores pots, pans and kitchen utensils in designated areas. Follows proper standards when cleaning/sanitizing the work area (floors, food carts, cabinets, tables, kitchen utensils and equipment, dishes, counters, and tableware, etc.). Assists other food services staff voluntarily as much as possible. May operate a cash register and will adhere to proper payment-handling processes. Cashiering and product handling and food serving are essential functions of the position. Scan, handle, and bag all merchandise, which could include a wide variety of food-related goods (such as dairy, deli, meat and bakery), beverages (such as soft drinks and bottled beverages), entertainment, and pharmaceutical products. Must be able to cross train in areas of service in the restaurant. The functions described here are not all-encompassing of those an employee may encounter while on the job. Student Water Safety Instructor (Summer) Norman
Teach swim lessons for children and adults. Enforce all policies and regulations and participate in regular in-service training. Preferred candidates have the availability to begin work in August 2026.
Student Facility Attendant (Summer) Norman
Fitness and Recreation strive to help all student employees develop their career readiness upon graduation. Student Employees are applying academic learning by developing workforce competencies, per The National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) guidelines. The Facility Attendant is responsible for monitoring the facility floor of the Sarkeys Fitness Center during operational hours. This responsibility includes, but is not limited to, addressing member concerns, ensuring policies are followed, cleaning duties and responding to emergency situations. Facility Attendants may cross-train in other divisions of Fitness and Recreation to work shifts as needed, secondary to meeting the needs of the Facility and any other duties as assigned.
Student Membership Employee (Summer) Norman
Fitness and Recreation strives to help all student employees develop their career readiness upon graduation. Student Employees are applying academic learning by developing workforce competencies, per The National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) guidelines. Membership Attendants provide customer service to the members of the Sarkeys Fitness Center. They will run register for sales and membership, adhering to all proper payment handling processes. Membership Attendants provide program and service information, both in person and on the telephone. They will enforce facility policies, assist with data entry, respond during emergency situations, and clean and maintain the center.
Housing Office Student Assistant (Summer) Norman
This position’s hours are typically Monday-Friday, between 8am-5pm. Schedule is approximately 20-30 hours/week. These student staff members work in the Housing Office and are responsible for administrative tasks. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: answering student questions about housing and related services, giving tours, and addressing customer concerns, answering and routing phone calls, operating standard office equipment, maintaining filing systems and records, maintaining work calendars, and other duties as assigned.

Nurse Case Manager Oklahoma City
This level is only available to Licensed Registered Nurses. Under general supervision, mentors new or lower level case managers, facilitating their growth and development in the role and ensuring their success in case management. Performs independently and requires a broad understanding of principles and practices. Performs additional clinical tasks and responsibilities that may be performed or undertaken by an RN including, but not limited to, responsibility for assessment of critical need or high risk patients to ensure that the appropriate level of care is prescribed and provided, and participation in case management programs that require clinical assessments.
