| The Athletics Senior Dietitian reports directly to the Director of Sports Nutrition and serves as a senior-level practitioner responsible for delivering comprehensive, evidence-based nutrition services to the OU Athletics Department. This role provides advanced performance nutrition support to assigned sport teams, leads key initiatives within the sports nutrition program, and collaborates across multidisciplinary performance teams.
The Senior Dietitian operates with a high degree of autonomy, serves as the primary nutrition contact for assigned teams, and contributes to the strategic direction, innovation, and overall success of the sports nutrition department. This role also provides mentorship to interns and junior staff and helps ensure consistency and excellence across all nutrition services. |

| This position collects usage data for books, databases, and electronic journals, both compiling spreadsheets with data and monitoring SUSHI harvesting loads within Alma, maintaining records and files. This position has regular contact and communication with vendors to investigate issues with usage reports and access issues. This position systematically monitors electronic access and maintains the library's electronic resource records. This includes monitoring Community Zone task lists to identify issues in changes automatically initiated by Ex Libris to ensure ongoing access to electronic resources. Other duties include projects to compare and update publisher collections and proactively check for online access to subscribed titles. This requires understanding of complex issues related to serials and electronic resources. This position also manages monthly supply requests for the department and other duties as assigned to fulfill the function of the position. |

| This position will prepare food following recipes and applying individual portion control standards. Properly and safely measures, weighs and combines ingredients for quantity preparation of simple menu items. Utilizes various kitchen utensils, appliances, and heavy/industrial equipment in food preparation (ovens, knives, peelers, dicers, slicers, mixers, industrial dish machines, recycling, stoves, etc.). Serves food in a courteous and respectful manner, with proper portion control and knowledge of menu items. Load, carry, and transport hot or cold food items or containers to customers, serving lines, or dining tables-safely, efficiently and timely. Loads and transports food carts to and from designated floor units. Washes, sanitizes, and stores pots, pans and kitchen utensils in designated areas. Scrapes dishes and cleans tables, serving areas. Cleans counters and floors. Follows proper kitchen standards when cleaning/sanitizing the work area (floors, food carts, cabinets, tables, kitchen utensils and equipment, dishes, and tableware, etc.). Assists with special events across the University and across campuses that may include Presidential luncheons and dinners, catering needs, student organizational special requests, and day-to-day events. Assists other food services staff when necessary and voluntarily as much as possible. The functions described here are not all-encompassing of those an employee may encounter while on the job. |
