| Position Summary The Program Administrator serves as the central operational leader of the Oklahoma Research, Innovation, and Opportunity Network (ORION), an NSF EPSCoR Collaborations for Optimizing Research Ecosystems (E-CORE). The Program Administrator leads the operation of the Administrative Core of ORION, which is the connective tissue of ORION. The Administrative Core links investigators, organizations, and sectors across the jurisdiction; coordinates with other federally funded jurisdiction-wide capacity-building awards (RII Track-1, E-CORE, E-RISE, and the EPSCoR State Office); and interfaces with the Jurisdictional Steering Committee (JSC) to inform the jurisdiction's Science & Technology (S&T) Plan. In addition to leading the Administrative Core, the Program Administrator provides cross-core operational support to ORION's two additional cores, including the Research Facilities and Infrastructure Core and the Workforce Development Core. |

| Performs journeyman-level carpentry work. Constructs, installs, maintains, repairs , and finishes carpentry components, along with other duties including fleet inventory. This will include framing, doors, windows, cabinetry, flooring, ceilings, walls, and other fixtures and furnishings. Interprets plans and specifications, determines appropriate methods and materials, troubleshoots complex carpentry and roofing issues, and ensures completed work meets quality, safety, and regulatory standards. May coordinate projects, mentor apprentices, and collaborate with other trades to complete maintenance and construction projects efficiently. |

| This position will provide general office support to the ILAC office within the College of Education.
Job duties include:
Greeting and assisting visitors
Answering and routing phone calls
Operating standard office machines - computers, copiers, scanners, phones, etc.
Maintaining filing systems and records
Running campus errands, delivering packages and mail
Restocking office supplies, organization work areas and storage spaces
Organizing physical and electronic copies of files for department
Assisting in preparation of event invitations and other mailings
Set up and take down of college events
General office cleaning and sanitizing |

Student Financial Center Student Assistant (Fall)

| The Student Financial Center, or SFC, serves as the customer service center for Financial Aid Services, Bursar Operations, Scholarships and the MoneyCoach Program. The Student Service Assistant provides essential information, aids in navigation of online resources, manages lobby traffic, and answers questions in areas of financial aid, billing, payments, and scholarships. This position requires a strong working knowledge of all service areas of the Student Financial Center, as well as the ability to work directly with Student Service Experts and MoneyCoaches on more in-depth inquiries. |

Student Office Assistant - OU Passport (Fall)

| OU Passport provides an important service to the community by accepting and initiating all necessary paperwork to request a current passport. Student Assistants should be 18 years or older and able to provide excellent customer service to a variety of community members. Student Assistants may be required to open/close OU Passport with little to no supervision. |
