| Performs routine cleaning in offices and public access areas within OU Residential communities. Tasks are precisely defined. Saturday and Sunday, 7:30 am - 4 pm, are required shifts, with additional shifts available if preferred during weekdays.
Job Duties:
Mops, sweeps, waxes, and polishes floors
Cleans and dusts furniture, equipment, etc.
May locks and unlock offices, classrooms, and conference areas
Contacts with others are of a routine nature
Collects and disposes of wastepaper and refuse
Vacuums carpeted areas where applicable
Maintains lavatories and rest rooms in a sanitary condition
Performs related duties as assigned |

| The Lead Student Program Coordinator serves as a senior strategic leader within the Office of Student Life responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the university's campus engagement strategy. This role is central to advancing the university's institutional priorities related to student belonging, retention, campus culture, and student success. This position operates with significant autonomy and authority to design and execute large-scale initiatives that impact thousands of students annually. The Lead Student Program Coordinator oversees the planning, execution, and assessment of campus-wide programs and signature events while supervising staff, advising student leaders, managing substantial budgets, coordinating cross-departmental initiatives, and representing the division of Student Affairs in institutional decision-making spaces. The scope of this role includes leadership of the Campus Programs functional unit, advising the Campus Activities Council, strategic planning for engagement initiatives across the university, and management of programs that collectively serve more than 25,000 students and thousands of community members annually. This position is responsible for setting the strategic direction for campus engagement initiatives across the Office of Student Life. Key strategic responsibilities include: * Developing long-term engagement strategies aligned with institutional priorities. * Creating and implementing programs that increase student belonging, engagement, and retention. * Leading initiatives requested by senior leadership including the President and Vice President for Student Affairs. * Identifying emerging trends in student engagement and developing innovative programs to address them. * Using institutional data and engagement analytics to guide programming decisions. * Supervising and leading a team to achieve university goals. |

Community Assistant/Office Assistant - Residence Life (Fall)

| Community Assistants and Office Assistants:
The Community Assistant (CA) position is an hourly student role that primarily supports the front desk operations in residence hall lobbies and Traditions apartment clubhouses. Community Assistants serve as a key point of contact for residents and guests, providing excellent customer service and helping maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-organized community space. This position typically includes evening and weekend shifts, with schedules ranging between 10–20 hours per week. Community Assistants report directly to the Residence Life Operations Coordinator.
Office Assistants:
This position helps maintain an organized and welcoming office environment while supporting the Residence Life staff with day-to-day administrative and operational needs. This position’s hours are typically Monday–Friday, between 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Schedule is approximately 20 hours/week. These staff members work in the residence halls or Traditions apartments, reporting directly to the applicable area's Residence Life Team and the Residence Life Operations Coordinator. |
