Assistant Director of Event and Game Operations

| The purpose of the Assistant Director of Event and Game Operations is to assist the Assistant Athletics Director of Event and Game Operations in all facets in relation to internal and external events held within the Athletics Department. The key role will be event manager/sport oversight for assigned sports. In addition to sport oversight, the Assistant Director is responsible for coordinating all aspects of special events and facility rentals held within athletic department facilities. Maintain key working relationships with coaches, staff, visiting teams, patrons, and external constituents regarding events. Work hand in hand with event operations and facilities (in addition to all other departments) to produce quality execution of all events, internal and external. Draft and adapt policies, procedures, manuals, correspondence, reports, and services for event management data. This includes facility rental contract execution, procurement, and financial review. Assist in conducting Conference and NCAA postseason championships. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. |

Senior Student Program Specialist for Graduate Students

| The position is the primary contact for graduate student processes in the School of Civil Engineering and Environmental Science. This includes administrative needs for admissions, enrollment, course scheduling, advising, assessment, and student records. Assists with processing graduate program modifications.
Duties:
Reviews graduate student applications
Maintains graduate student database containing student progress, letters of recommendation, transcripts as needed
Assists students by providing information pertaining to lectures, exams, financial aid, etc.
Collaborates with Student Services in matters concerning grades, transcripts, and student status.
Schedules Graduate Student Services Committee meetings and provides minutes
Serves on Graduate Studies Committee
Assists with course and program modifications related to online programs
Prepares and maintains graduate program course schedules
Assists with graduate program assessment
Assists with payroll administration for graduate program instructors and TA's
Other duties as assigned |

Building Operations Coordinator

| The University Libraries seeks a Building Operations Coordinator for OU Norman campus library facilities. This position will:
Assist with the coordination of building security operations and facility maintenance.
Coordinate maintenance of facilities and infrastructure including equipment maintenance.
Monitor building and infrastructure systems and reports and facilitates response to facility emergencies and equipment failures.
Perform or facilitate light maintenance, cleaning and minor repairs.
Serve as building resource coordinator.
Assist in determining needed response to facility and equipment issues.
Coordinate small projects, working with vendors and contractors to ensure that work is completed on time and according to specifications.
Coordinate routine maintenance with OU Facilities Management, working with all trades and custodial personnel.
Work closely with library security vendor on hiring, training and scheduling of library security guards.
Maintain and update policies and procedures including library emergency and business continuity plans.
