Position Introduction:

In this role, you'll help guide our recruiting efforts while remaining actively involved in the hiring process. You'll partner with hiring managers, support and mentor recruiters, and help create a positive experience for every candidate. What You'll Do
  • Lead the day-to-day coordination of recruiting activities to ensure an efficient and positive hiring experience.
  • Coach, support, and mentor recruiting team members while encouraging collaboration and professional growth.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for a variety of positions.
  • Build strong candidate pipelines using job boards, networking, referrals, and other sourcing methods.
  • Promote the organization as an employer of choice by delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve hiring processes.
  • Work closely with Human Resources, Payroll, Training, and other departments to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to new employee.
  • Stay informed on recruiting trends, employment practices, and talent acquisition best practices.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 60 months progressive experience in Recruiting, Human Resources, or related field, including 12 months in talent recruiting and sourcing.
  • Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months of related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree for a total of 108 months of related experience.

Department Preferences:

  • Experience with Temporary Staffing Agencies
  • Experience with Excel
  • Knowledge of heading an in-house search firm
