| The Applications Systems Analyst Intermediate - Sooner Card, is responsible for helping to drive the implementation of the next generation of transaction services at the University of Oklahoma. They are also accountable for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and ongoing support of the university's Illumia Cloud POS platform and related infrastructure, with a primary focus on point-of-sale operations. This includes supporting the overall POS ecosystem through technical troubleshooting, infrastructure coordination, hardware and software support, and training and assisting staff to ensure efficient and reliable system performance. Additionally, helps to determine, through research and experimentation, the strategic direction of the card system and related technologies for the purposes of providing a more positive experience for university students, faculty, staff, and other stakeholders. |

The Oklahoma Primary Care Improvement Cooperative (OPHIC) is the dissemination and implementation science arm of OCTSI, which is a statewide network to help improve healthcare delivery assisting primary care practices to adopt evidence-based best practices for the care of their patients. The Clinical Quality Improvement Coordinator will play a vital role in advancing quality, safety, and continuous improvement in patient care through clinical trials and research initiatives that help transform research findings into meaningful outcomes for patients and communities. This position works closely with investigators, research staff, and patients to coordinate study activities and identify and engage potential research participants. The Clinical Quality Improvement Coordinator supports performance improvement initiatives through medical record reviews and data collection and analysis to help identify opportunities, resolve concerns, and implement strategies that enhance outcomes and support a culture of excellence in care delivery. |
