OAR Office Asst (Fall)

| The OAR Office Assistant serves as an assistant for the Office of Admissions and Recruitment (OAR) in Admissions Operations. This position will handle a high volume of telephone calls, answer general questions through our online chat system, provide high quality customer service, and perform other clerical duties as assigned. These other clerical duties may include preparing & sending out mail for early outreach efforts, preparing admission boxes, assigning emails, data input, redacting test scores, uploading documents to student files, filling in at the welcome desk for walk-in guests as needed, and other duties as assigned.
We are currently looking for new student employees in our office to serve as OAR Student Office Assistants for the 2026 - 2027 Academic Year. |
