Student Desk Clerk, Headington Hall (Summer) Norman
The function of the Desk Clerk is a vital part of successful operations at Headington Hall. Due to its location and availability, the desk serves as the information hub for students, staff and guests. Also, security and emergency procedures often center at the desk. Therefore, it is essential that courteous, responsible individuals staff the desk. The Desk Clerk needs to create and maintain an atmosphere that is conducive to a living-learning environment in the hall. The Desk Clerk reports to office administration. The Desk Clerk must maintain a minimum of 2.25 semester and cumulative grade point average. The maximum hours a person can be scheduled to work during an academic school week are 30 hours. During specified break times, a person can be scheduled to work a maximum of 40 hours per week.
Temporary Game Day Staff Norman
Temporary game day workers needed to staff OU Athletics events. Assignments include, but are not limited to the following Guest Services, Emergency service notification, General Laborer, Score Board Operator, and A/V Assistant
Tutor, Athletics Academics Norman
An academic tutor will be asked and expected to tutor student-athletes in various courses. All tutoring will take place in the McClendon Center for Intercollegiate Athletics and will range based on student-athlete need and tutor availability. Tutoring sessions will include 1-3 student-athletes and are expected to last 45 minutes.
Student Video Manager, Oklahoma Football (Summer) Norman
Student Video Managers assist with daily video operations for the Oklahoma Football team. Responsibilities include filming practices and games, setting up and maintaining equipment, and supporting the organization of instructional video content for the coaching staff. Training is provided. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Operate video cameras at practices, workouts, and games Set up, maintain, and break down camera and A/V equipment Record assigned drills with consistent framing and focus Assist with organizing and uploading practice and game video Support basic A/V needs for team and position meetings Communicate effectively and work professionally in a team setting Follow department policies and procedures Perform additional duties as assigned
Summer Camp Instructor Norman
The University of Oklahoma Precollegiate Programs is seeking instructors to teach week-long academic enrichment courses for students participating in Summer 2026 programs, including Mini College (rising 1st – 6th), Horizons (rising 7th – 8th), and Project Crossroads (rising 9th – 12th). Instructors lead engaging, inquiry-based learning experiences designed to introduce students to academic disciplines through hands-on activities, discussions, and collaborative projects. Courses may cover a wide range of subject areas including STEM, humanities, social sciences, arts, and interdisciplinary fields.
