Senior Data Analyst Tulsa
Will function as lead developer for a Care Management application platform currently utilized by a team of approximately 15 staff to manage a large population of Health Access Network members. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership for application design, development, enhancement, and support activities. Required skills include strong proficiency in C#, .NET 8, REST APIs, and Microsoft SQL Server, along with experience designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise applications. Experience with Dapper, IIS, Visual Studio, Azure, and modern software development practices is preferred. The candidate should be capable of leading technical initiatives, mentoring developers, performing code reviews, troubleshooting complex application issues, and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions. Experience with TypeScript and React is desirable but not required for candidates with strong back-end development and database expertise. Experience with AI-assisted software development tools and workflows is strongly preferred, including the ability to leverage modern AI coding assistants to improve productivity, code quality, testing, documentation, and application delivery. The ideal candidate will be comfortable evaluating and adopting emerging technologies while maintaining established software engineering best practices.

Graduate Research Assistant (Fall) Norman
University of Oklahoma Libraries is seeking applications from OU graduate students for a graduate assistantship. The successful applicant will work with the Scholarly Publishing Librarian as part of the Publishing Services team which works to broaden global access to peer reviewed journals published in partnership with University of Oklahoma faculty. The Publishing Services program is an initiative of the Office of Open Initiatives & Scholarly Communication, a unit within the OU Libraries Digital Scholarship & Innovation Division. The Graduate Research Assistant will contribute to a variety of open access and digital publishing initiatives, with a particular focus on supporting OU’s faculty-led, peer reviewed open access journals, published on the Open Journal Systems (OJS) digital platform. In partnership with the Scholarly Publishing Librarian, work may include: data gathering, input, cleanup, and analysis; reviewing websites and implementing updates based on web accessibility recommendations and best practices in scholarly publishing; testing and troubleshooting publishing platform issues; updating and revising department workflow documentation; corresponding with journal stakeholders; harvesting content from specific OU or publisher content sources; contributing to the outreach and promotion of journals and open initiatives; and other related duties as assigned. Specific responsibilities will be partially dependent on the skills and abilities the successful candidate brings to the unit.

As an Outreach Student Assistant for the User Services Team, you will assist in supporting OU Libraries' events and programming by contributing to increased library engagement with the campus community. You will gain valuable experience working with library staff and faculty during outreach events and programming, and by connecting customers to OU Libraries' resources and services.
