| Primary responsibilities will revolve around the oversight of OU Housing and Food Services' restaurant accounts and projects related to Campus Dining. They will manage the day-to-day direction of restaurant publicity, campaign management, and social media exposure. Building relationships with the Food Services directors and restaurant managers also is vital to the position. Will design and create marketing materials (e.g. promotional coupons, flyers, restaurant signage, digital collateral, etc.) and be involved with the hands-on work associated with account development (e.g. updating social media channels, delivering materials to managers, working pop up events, etc.). |
