| This position will prepare food following recipes and applying individual portion control standards. Properly and safely measures, weighs and combines ingredients for quantity preparation of simple menu items. Utilizes various kitchen utensils, appliances, and heavy/industrial equipment in food preparation (ovens, knives, peelers, dicers, slicers, mixers, industrial dish machines, recycling, stoves, etc.). Serves food in a courteous and respectful manner, with proper portion control and knowledge of menu items. Load, carry, and transport hot or cold food items or containers to customers, serving lines, or dining tables-safely, efficiently and timely. Loads and transports food carts to and from designated floor units. Washes, sanitizes, and stores pots, pans and kitchen utensils in designated areas. Scrapes dishes and cleans tables, serving areas. Cleans counters and floors. Follows proper kitchen standards when cleaning/sanitizing the work area (floors, food carts, cabinets, tables, kitchen utensils and equipment, dishes, and tableware, etc.). Assists with special events across the University and across campuses that may include Presidential luncheons and dinners, catering needs, student organizational special requests, and day-to-day events. Assists other food services staff when necessary and voluntarily as much as possible. The functions described here are not all-encompassing of those an employee may encounter while on the job. |

| The Dodge Family College of Arts and Sciences (DFCAS) First Year Experience (FYE) Unit seeks Undergraduate Teaching Scholars (UTS) for the college’s CAS 1583 - Gateway to the Health Disciplines course. Undergraduate Teaching Scholars will be assigned to each section of the course per semester/term, according to class offerings and availability. Selected applicants will work closely with the primary course instructor to contribute to the students’ intellectual and personal growth. CAS 1583 fulfills the First Year Experience General Education – Core V requirement and is designed to give in-coming freshmen an orientation to Health Disciplines. Each section will have an enrollment cap of 35 students and will focus on engagement activities, in class exercises, student participation, and peer support. Undergraduate Teaching Scholars will work, on average, approximately 7- 10 hours per week. They are required to spend 3 - 6 hrs/week attending all meetings of their assigned sections. | Psychological Resources for OU Student-Athletes (PROS) is the embedded mental health and performance psychology department within the OU Athletic Department. PROS seeks an enthusiastic, personable, and inclusive front desk administrative assistant to support the everyday functioning of the PROS department through excellent client service, administrative diligence, and high-quality initiative and follow through.
Essential Duties:
Ability to work well with a variety of staff, coaches, and clients, particularly the various identities represented within the OU student-athlete population
Ability to communicate well and build rapport quickly with student-athletes, coaches, administrators, and other staff who interact with the PROS department
Answer PROS phones and emails; respond to messages on Teamworks
Coordinate the weekly schedule of PROS consulting psychiatrist, including sending appointment reminders, communication with Athletic Medicine team and PROS staff members, and the consulting psychiatrist
Schedule walk-in clients for counseling appointments, as well as being responsive to walk-in crisis/emergency situations
Schedule ADHD/Learning Disorder testing appointments and assist in management of PROS Testing Waitlist
Assist ADHD/Learning Disorder testing clients with initial paperwork, including explaining the paperwork and reviewing paperwork upon completion
Ensure that ADHD/Learning Disorder files are prepared for weekly testing appointments
Give intake paperwork for all first-time appointments
Pick up weekly mail for PROS office
Maintain timely and accurate scheduling in the PROS electronic medical record
Help PROS staff with other assigned administrative duties/projects
Participate in weekly PROS Group Supervision staff meeting, which is scheduled for Thursdays from 10am - 12pm
Attend relevant department, campus, and mental health-related trainings that are attended by the entire PROS staff
