Essential Responsibilities

Assist kitchen staff with meal preparation, serving meals, cleaning, and maintaining food safety standards.
Help oversee laundry and shower services by organizing supplies, sanitizing areas, and ensuring facilities remain clean and stocked.
Assist with stocking shelves, rotating inventory, organizing donations, and maintaining a clean food pantry.
Provide courteous customer service to pantry guests during food distribution.
Assist with receiving, sorting, and organizing donated food and household items.
Maintain clean, safe, and organized workspaces throughout the shelter and pantry.
Support volunteers and staff with daily operations and special projects.
