Works directly with students, faculty, staff and visitors to ensure a knowledgeable and safe dining experience based on self-identified food allergies and sensitivities. They are responsible for accurately logging all selected ingredients, developing specifications, and verifying that these ingredients can be successfully used in production while adhering to food safety and regulatory standards.
