| The OU Athletic Writing Center welcomes and encourages applications from students in a variety of academic disciplines. Student Writing Consultants in the OU Athletic Writing Center provide writing support for student athletes in scheduled 1:1 appointments, walk in appointments, and writing workshops throughout the semester. Writing Consultants must be available to work at least 10 hours per week, attend and actively participate in paid, mandatory training, and contribute to building and sustaining rich writing resources for our writing community. This position offers opportunities for professional development and ongoing support from our Support Services Coordinator. Student Writing consultants work an average of 10 hours per week and may work up to 20 hours per week. Schedules are built based on student athletes’ needs and individual consultant availability. |
