| The Assistant Equal Opportunity Officer supports the Institutional Equity Officer in advancing the university's compliance, education, and prevention efforts related to Titles VI, VII, and IX. The role coordinates the Informal Resolution process for discrimination and Title IX complaints across multiple campuses, facilitates resolutions, and manages outreach and prevention initiatives. Key responsibilities include developing and delivering training for students, faculty, and staff; overseeing online compliance training programs; supporting Equal Employment Opportunity reporting and data analysis; monitoring hiring practices and search procedures; maintaining accurate records; engaging stakeholders through educational programming; and providing administrative and operational support. |

This position is for employment over the fall 2026 semester. The Facility Attendant is responsible for monitoring the facility floor of the Sarkeys Fitness Center during operational hours. This responsibility includes, but is not limited to, addressing member concerns, ensuring policies are followed, cleaning duties and responding to emergency situations. Facility Attendants may cross-train in other divisions of Fitness and Recreation to work shifts as needed, secondary to meeting the needs of the Facility and any other duties as assigned. |
