The Sr Faculty Professional Development Specialist for Teaching within the Center for Faculty Excellence will bring both pedagogical expertise and effective communication practices to support the development of asynchronous resources for faculty by creating content for asynchronous delivery of courses that support faculty development in effective teaching practices.

This person could be you. The OU Health Sciences City Campus Police department is looking for individuals to serve the university and its mission as Dispatchers. You will be the eyes and the ears for the police department as you assist with emergency calls, service requests, and monitoring security cameras and alarms. What you will do: Receive and prioritize simultaneous calls on multiple instruments and dispatches responses to calls for service and to alarms. Control police radio frequencies, record and monitor all radio transmissions and incoming telephone calls and maintain required logs and records. Determine whether an emergency is in the dispatch service area and provides accurate and clear directions to specific locations. Relay records and information to officers in the field.
