| The Warehouse Assistant supports the daily operations of The Mission's warehouse by receiving, sorting, organizing, and moving donated merchandise and supplies. This position plays an important role in ensuring donated items are processed efficiently and safely to support the organization's mission. The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, and committed to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Duties
Receive, unload, and sort donated merchandise and other incoming shipments.
Organize merchandise and supplies in designated warehouse storage areas.
Move inventory between receiving, storage, and retail or distribution areas as needed.
Assist with preparing merchandise for display, distribution, or storage.
Maintain accurate organization of inventory and warehouse materials.
Help load and unload donations and deliveries.
Keep warehouse aisles, workstations, and storage areas clean, safe, and free of hazards.
Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization projects.
Follow established safety procedures when handling merchandise and equipment.
Provide support during donation drives, special events, or other organizational needs as assigned.
Perform other warehouse and operational duties as assigned.

Student Assistant - Sports Medicine (Fall)

| Students working in the athletic training room: assist with practice and game coverage (including set-up, preventative taping and bracing, clean-up from practice), maintain cleanliness of the facilities, assist with the inventory of the facilities, and assist the certified athletic trainers with the rehabilitation programs of student-athletes (including aquatic therapy). Students will be trained in basic first aid and use of rehabilitation equipment and gain CPR certification. Students will be expected to maintain confidentiality of facilities and services provided. |

Representative Duties:
The Sooner Card Student Assistant works directly with the Sooner Card Team Leads and under the Sooner Card Graduate Assistants and provides excellent customer service to a diverse community of students, staff, faculty, and their affiliates. They will assist with or be directly responsible for the following:
Opening/closing the Sooner Card office with little to no supervision
Printing Sooner Cards, Research Cards, etc.
Daily cleaning and sanitation of workspace
Answering the Phone and routing calls or taking messages
Responding to emails and processing orders.
Dealing with credit card, debit card, and cash transactions
Other clerical tasks as required. |
