Operations Finance Manager Norman
Operations Finance is seeking a Manager to join our team and play a key role in supporting the financial operations of a diverse and growing portfolio of auxiliary and campus service programs. Reporting to the Operations Finance Director, this position provides financial leadership, strategic planning, and operational oversight for multiple business units, including housing, dining, facilities, parking, airport operations, campus safety, and other revenue-generating programs.
Department Projects & Planning Specialist Oklahoma City
This position has responsibility for oversight and administration of the student admissions and enrollment processes for all degree programs in the College of Allied Health (CAH).  This role collaborates with the CAH Office of Student Affairs and CAH program directors to ensure students are supported from application to graduation.  Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in and/or ability to learn key systems including Liaison/WebAdmit CAS, PeopleSoft, Slate, Complio/Disa Healthcare, Kira Talent, and Stellic.  Additionally, this position supports general Student Affairs functions and serves as liaison to key OU units including Offices of Recruitment and Admissions, Registrar, Bursar, and Student Financial Aid.

PTTC Prevention Program Coordinator Sr Norman
The PTTC Prevention Fellowship Program increases the number of prevention scientists working in the field. This student worker position will support ongoing activities of the Russell Center, which is a research center focused on the Art of the American West housed in the Old Faculty Club on Boyd Street. They will populate the information desk in the library during open hours, help readers access resources, and reshelve resources after use; they will assist with ongoing projects at the Center related to research on the art of the American West and the Charles Russell catalogue raisonné project; support digitization of archives housed at the Center and curation of online resources, cataloguing archival and research materials; help with social media posts; and assist with events, including planning, set up and clean up.
