| Psychological Resources for OU Student-Athletes (PROS) is the embedded mental health and performance psychology department within the OU Athletic Department. PROS seeks an enthusiastic, personable, and inclusive front desk administrative assistant to support the everyday functioning of the PROS department through excellent client service,
administrative diligence, and high-quality initiative and follow through.
Essential Duties:
Ability to work well with a variety of staff, coaches, and clients, particularly the various identities represented within the
OU student-athlete population
Ability to communicate well and build rapport quickly with student-athletes, coaches, administrators, and other staff who
interact with the PROS department
Answer PROS phones and emails; respond to messages on Teamworks
Coordinate the weekly schedule of PROS consulting psychiatrist, including sending appointment reminders, communication with Athletic Medicine team and PROS staff members, and the consulting psychiatrist
Schedule walk-in clients for counseling appointments, as well as being responsive to walk-in crisis/emergency situations
Schedule ADHD/Learning Disorder testing appointments and assist in management of PROS Testing Waitlist
Assist ADHD/Learning Disorder testing clients with initial paperwork, including explaining the paperwork and reviewing paperwork upon completion
Ensure that ADHD/Learning Disorder files are prepared for weekly testing appointments
Give intake paperwork for all first-time appointments
Pick up weekly mail for PROS office
Maintain timely and accurate scheduling in the PROS electronic medical record
Help PROS staff with other assigned administrative duties/projects
Participate in weekly PROS Group Supervision staff meeting, which is scheduled for Thursdays from 10am - 12pm
Attend relevant department, campus, and mental health-related trainings that are attended by the entire PROS staff
Maintain clean and organized front desk space |

| The Norman Firehouse Art Center (FAC) enriches our community by offering the
highest quality visual arts education, experiences, and exhibitions.
History
Since 1970, the Norman Firehouse Art Center, Inc., a non-profit organization, has
served Norman and surrounding communities with visual art classes and gallery
exhibitions of the highest quality. Our faculty provides instruction in ceramics,
sculpture, painting and drawing, jewelry construction, fused and slumped glass and
more, in well-equipped classrooms.
Job Description
The Education Assistant will assist in outreach, accessibility and educational
programs. As such, they will support the Firehouse’s mission by helping to deliver
quality customer service and information about our organization. The successful
applicant will be able to interface and network with the public and our faculty. They
will also support the staff through administrative duties as assigned that pertain to
the business of the FAC Gallery and Firehouse programs. This position will build
experience for a career in museum education, non-profit management, and the art
field. |

Sr General Maintenance Spec

| Performs a variety of duties involving routine maintenance and repair to facilities under minimal supervision in areas such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, swimming pools, food service equipment, landscape, paint, and carpentry and is a lead to others performing similar duties. Performs work requiring independent judgment, planning, coordinating, and prioritizing of efforts. · Plans, organizes, assigns, and reviews the maintenance work of unskilled and semi-skilled workers assigned to his/her team. · Ensures that adequate supplies, materials, and equipment are available for projects and workload. · Performs maintenance duties such as basic plumbing, electrical, heating, air conditioning, swimming pool maintenance and repair, paint, carpentry, and landscape activities. · Identifies emergency repairs beyond his/her skill level and that of his/her team members in order to summon on-call assistance using defined procedures. · Has regular contact with University representatives, customers, and outside vendors and agencies to gather and disseminate a wide variety of information. · Performs minor equipment repair to welders, drills, saws and other tools. · Completes required forms and logs. · Performs tasks using small hand tools and power equipment. · May recommend building or equipment repair or equipment or tool replacement to management. · Performs various duties as needed to successfully fulfill the function of the position. |
