In this fast-paced and team-oriented role, you’ll help prepare and serve delicious meals while delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include following recipes and portion standards, safely measuring and combining ingredients, operating a variety of kitchen equipment, and serving food with courtesy and care. You’ll also assist with transporting and setting up food for service, maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace, washing dishes and utensils, and supporting special events like catered luncheons and student gatherings. Student Assistant - Athletics Equipment Manager (Fall)

| Job Duties:
Assist with all facets of athletic equipment and uniforms assigned varsity intercollegiate athletic teams.
Ensures that all equipment and uniform needs are met for assigned sports' practices and competitions.
Adheres to policies and procedures regarding distribution of equipment for assigned intercollegiate sports.
Adheres to OSHA requirements, and NCAA regulations with regards to equipment safety.
Assist with all laundry room operations. Stores necessary laundry and supplies for use by Athletic Department staff.
Assist with facility event set-up for all varsity intercollegiate athletic teams.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Applicants will be assigned to any of the 21 varsity sports within the OU Athletics Department.
Assignment is determined by head coaches and full-time Equipment staff members. |

Athletics Game Presentation Student Assistant (Fall)

| Job Functions: To advance the mission and values of the OU Athletics Department by gaining hands-on experience
in sports marketing, event production, and game presentation. This position is designed for full-time OU students
who have a strong interest in the sports industry and are seeking an introductory opportunity to gain experience in
athletics marketing and live event production. Student assistants in this role will support the execution of in-venue game
presentation elements across OU Athletics events while gaining exposure to the planning and coordination required to
produce engaging fan experiences. The OU Athletics Game Presentation Student Assistant position is intended to be an
educational, entry-level experience for students exploring careers in sports marketing and event production. |

| Wagner Dining is looking for a Food Service Supervisor. This position is being filled through OU's PEAK Temporary Staffing Service.
Responsible for supervising, training, and evaluating assigned personnel for the kitchen/production area PM shift. They will determine work priorities, plan schedules, assign, and review work. Will also learn how to prepare, produce, and serve food items for each concept at Wagner Dining, a centralized dining concept within Headington Hall, a residential community for student athletes and non-athlete students. |
