How would you like to play a key role in advancing graduate medical education at Oklahoma’s only comprehensive academic health system? As the Senior Education Program Coordinator within the Department of Radiological Sciences, you will independently manage the daily operations, compliance activities, and accreditation requirements for our Nuclear Medicine Residency, Interventional Radiology Residency, and Breast Imaging Fellowship programs. This position requires a highly organized professional who can prioritize complex tasks, meet critical deadlines, and maintain meticulous documentation to ensure full compliance with ACGME and institutional standards. You will serve as a central resource for residents, fellows, faculty, and leadership—supporting trainees throughout their educational journey and partnering with program directors to keep each program running smoothly. Licensed Counselor Norman
The University Counseling Center (UCC) is seeking a counselor to provide services to our university community. Our counseling center provides services to students, faculty and staff that include individual, couples and group counseling; crisis intervention; case management; outreach; and supervision of students in training. The center directs a masters practicum program. The UCC is comprised of a diverse staff including psychologists, psychiatrists, licensed professional counselors and social workers. The center is a warm and supportive environment and encourages healthy work-life balance.

Performs complex administrative duties for the Department Chair. Directs and coordinates daily operations of the office or program by serving as a staff and resource person.
