*Sr. Food Services Worker - Couch Restaurants Norman
This position serves as a first line assistant supervisor responsible for preparation, production and/or serving of food items in a dining hall within a Residential College. May determine work priorities and assign work to food service workers and students. Provides guidance and training in food preparation, serving techniques, safe operation of equipment and proper sanitation. Plans cooking and preparation schedules to assure timetables are met. Prepares, season, cooks, fires and bakes food according to standard recipes following portion control standards. Modifies recipes and/or production amounts. Ensures optimal quality of food throughout preparation and service. Prepares food items for individual serving following portion control standards. Determines food quantities, prepares estimates of time, labor and materials for assigned tasks. Oversees maintenance of inventory, food consumption and other food service records. Operates a variety of manual and/or automatic kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, mixers, slicers, etc. Handles operational readiness and safety of equipment and supplies. Adheres to university and Health Department quality standards. Advises supervisor concerning quantity and quality of food and supplies. Performs other related duties as assigned. As necessary, assist with ordering, planning, special events, cleaning, receiving and stocking of product, and anything else as required.***Normally, employees on a 5-hour shift receive a free meal. Uniforms are provided at no cost but must be maintained by the employee.***
Housekeeper Supervisor Norman
Responsible for supervising a group of housekeeping workers and performing a variety of housekeeping tasks. Exercises some discretion while following established standards. Representative Duties: Directs and inspects work of housekeeping employees. Supervises housekeeping crews on special jobs such as waxing and window washing. Provides procedure orientation and training for new housekeeping employees. Performs housekeeping tasks, to include make readies, in addition to performing minor maintenance and repairs on floor care equipment. Contacts with others are of a routine natureRelieves housekeepers as needed. Ensures that personnel supervised are informed of and adhere to health and safety practices associated with assigned tasks. Will complete clerical duties to include payroll, time and attendance reviews.Will complete essential human resources tasks to include interviewing, training, and positive discipline. Will serve in an on-call duty rotation. Will require some weekend shifts and required overtime work, scheduled in advance. May be designated as an " essential position" during emergency closures. May be required to remain on campus overnight during weather or other emergencies. Performs related duties as assigned.

Flight Instructor I Norman
We are seeking a dedicated and safety-focused Flight Instructor to deliver high-quality aviation training to university students. This role is responsible for administering FAA-approved flight and ground instruction in accordance with established syllabi, while ensuring students meet all regulatory and performance standards. The Flight Instructor will conduct stage checks and check rides in compliance with FAA guidelines, as well as administer required ground tests and provide ground school instruction as needed. In addition to instructional duties, the Flight Instructor plays a key role in coordinating and scheduling training activities, supporting daily flight operations through dispatch functions, and operating faculty/staff transportation flights (FAST flights). This position also contributes to the advancement of the aviation program by assisting with recruitment and promotional efforts, developing new courses and training materials, and supporting basic preventive maintenance of the university’s aircraft fleet.
