This role is designed to elevate talent practices across the university by intentionally connecting engagement, leadership development, succession planning, and performance management processes. The Manager of Talent Management partners closely with senior leadership, HR Business Partners, and Centers of Excellence to ensure UMass has the right talent, in the right roles, at the right time. |

| Dr. Hannah Laue of the UMass Amherst Department of Biostatistics and Epidemiology is seeking a Postdoctoral Research Associate to begin by September of 2026. This is a full-time, 12-month position. The Postdoctoral Research Associate will contribute to NIH-funded research on a range of topics related to the microbiome, environmental exposures, and adolescent health. Responsibilities will include developing and conducting statistical analyses, reviewing and summarizing relevant literature, writing scientific papers, active participation in lab meetings, and supporting Dr. Laue in preparation of grant proposals. |

| The Somneuro Lab (directed by Dr. Rebecca Spencer) at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst is seeking a full-time postdoctoral scholar for research on sleep, cognition, and brain dynamics. The lab and program environment is rich and based in new research facilities. The Somneuro Lab broadly focuses on sleep’s role in memory across development and aging. We are particularly interested in neural mechanisms underlying sleep benefits to cognition and apply multiple tools to address these questions (MRI, EEG/polysomnography, behavioral assessments).
