| Reporting to the Executive Director for Campus Development, the Associate Director of Campus Planning (ADCP) specializes in master, campus, and facility planning for the University’s capital project management plan. The ADCP develops and organizes processes, policies and procedures in direct support of the overarching Master Plan, ensuring long term strategic alignment and resource allocation for the University. This position leads a team of staff that analyze and evaluate current and future campus infrastructure. Determines policies and procedures that inform, guide and sustain the development of safety and mobility for the campus community. |

| The Utilities Mechanical Technical Specialist I (Dig Safe) receives and processes all requests for any excavation throughout the campus grounds. Serves as a primary contact for the University with Dig Safe headquarters, submits mapping of excavation (s), receives, records and communicates Dig Safe confirmation numbers to various groups throughout the campus, Dig Safe Headquarters, and to contractor(s). Maintains Dig Safe files and reports for the campus. Investigates and reports violations of Massachusetts Statute Chapter 82, Section 40 to appropriate authorities for action. Under general supervision, the Technical Specialist I performs skilled technical and mechanical duties to support operation, maintenance, and repair of campus Utility and Mechanical systems. |

Clerk IV (Facilities Coordinator for the John W. Olver Design Building)

| The Facilities Coordinator (Clerk IV) for the John W. Olver Design Building is responsible for the day-to-day operational coordination, facilities oversight, and instructional infrastructure support for a complex, high-use academic facility which houses three departments: Architecture, Building and Construction Technology, and Landscape Architecture and Regional Planning.
This position serves as the primary liaison between building occupants and Facilities and Campus Services, Environmental Health and Safety, and IT to ensure safe, functional, and technologically equipped learning and work environments. This role oversees and coordinates maintenance of specialized equipment infrastructure, digital labs, and fabrication and print resources. The Facilities Coordinator ensures that classrooms, studios, labs, and collaborative spaces are fully operational and aligned with instructional, research, and public engagement needs. |
