Acts as the first responder for all off-shift maintenance calls for all off-shift Metasys Building Operation Systems alarms, temperature (too hot/too cold) calls, and calls involving emergency and routine repairs (as allowed by existing codes) involving non-licensed plumbing, electrical, elevator entrapments and failures, heat and cooling systems, security hardware, locks and life safety equipment failures. Calls also involve fire alarms, sprinkler activation, and custodial calls that present a health or safety risk.
