| The University of Massachusetts Donahue Institute (UMDI) Centralized Project Development (CPD) Director provides institute-wide leadership of mission-aligned initiatives in partnership with the UMDI Executive Team. The CPD Director leads and oversees the systems, processes, and coordination required to move opportunities from concept to successful launch – supporting both the growth of existing business units and the development of emerging or institute-level initiatives.
This is a temporary position with an initial assignment of one year with an option to extend the appointment for up to another year. |

Electrical Shop Manager

| Reporting to the Assistant Director of Building Maintenance, the Electrical Shop Manager manages and coordinates the daily activities of the Electricians. This manager serves as the primary contact for university customers with responsibility to communicate work order status, ensure the efficient delivery of repair services, systems monitoring, preventative maintenance planning, procurement of parts, inventory control and the management and coordination of work of the technical trades staff for the above-mentioned shops. Electrical Shop Manager manages third-party service contractors when the demand for services exceeds the capacity or expertise of existing staff. |
