| Reporting to the Executive Director for Campus Development, the Associate Director of Campus Planning (ADCP) specializes in master, campus, and facility planning for the University’s capital project management plan. The ADCP develops and organizes processes, policies and procedures in direct support of the overarching Master Plan, ensuring long term strategic alignment and resource allocation for the University. This position leads a team of staff that analyze and evaluate current and future campus infrastructure. Determines policies and procedures that inform, guide and sustain the development of safety and mobility for the campus community. |

| The Libraries Facilities Manager is responsible for the comprehensive management of facilities operations across the W.E.B. Du Bois Library and the Science & Engineering Library. The position oversees the planning, coordination, and implementation of construction and capital improvement projects in partnership with Physical Plant Services, and serves as the primary point of contact for building emergencies, maintenance issues, and operational disruptions on a 24-hour basis. The Libraries Facilities Manager also provides direct oversight of the Libraries Mailroom and Courier Service, including management of the Libraries fleet vehicle. |

| The Service Desk Specialist I assists members of the UMass Amherst community (students, staff and faculty) with a wide range of technology and IT account related questions in person, over the telephone, by email, through the web, or via chat. The Service Desk Specialist I documents all user communications in Service Desk ticket tracking system and uses sound judgment when analyzing client questions in order to fulfill service requests and identify problems, determining appropriate strategies for troubleshooting/fulfillment and reassigning/referring the issue where appropriate. |
