Sr. Lecturer/Associate Dean for Academic Oversight & Faculty Development

| This is a 12-month senior lecturer position in Commonwealth Honors College. The position reports directly to the Dean of Commonwealth Honors College and requires a great deal of coordination and collaboration within CHC and other university schools/colleges, departments, and programs. The position will support the academic oversight of CHC and work in conjunction with college leadership on faculty development and student success. |

| The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining efficient recruitment processes and directly supporting the University’s recruitment and onboarding activities and goals for a high volume of local recruitment needs on campus. The Coordinator collaborates closely with Talent Acquisition and Human Resources teams, and delivers hands-on support to hiring managers and candidates. This position applies professional human resources knowledge and sound judgment to ensure compliance with policies and collective bargaining agreements, while delivering superior customer service. |
